This place is an ethical nightmare waiting to happen. I agree with the recent review below. All the 5 star reviews for this place are upper management and relatives of the owner, who were all forced to write a review after a former employee wrote a one star review. If you are a prospective employee, stay away from this place at all costs. Your reputation will suffer having this manufacturer on your resume, especially if you are looking to stay employed in the Aerospace industry. If you are a prospective customer, go find business elsewhere. The owner is a walking, talking ethical nightmare who bullies his employees and has no understanding of the current demanding quality and ethical standards the industry requires.

I read these reviews and from all i know about this great company, none of this is true. New age is a great company, all the employees love it. The owner throws parties for the employees at Christmas time. The people who wrote those bad reviews maybe just had a bad experience.

I agree with the 1 star rating of this company below. The other reviews are biased and coerced because those people are part of management and one person in that review is the owners daughter and sister to the owners son who is also the owner. This company is dysfunctional. I would not recommend anyone working here or any customer to do business with this place. They lie to their customers and they cover up massive mistakes. The review from below pretty much sums up what I wanted to say.

Terrible ownership and management. As an employee I saw first hand how the owners lied and deceived their customers. They would knowingly supply bad products that could potentially fail while in use. Avoid this company at all costs!
