Mike Burns

I DO NOT recommend this company. Their prices, even after insurance, are so high that it's cheaper to buy directly off of amazon. They also call consistently and won't tell you why they are calling until you give up your name and date of birth. I just don't think it's a good practice to be giving out personal information to anyone that calls out of the blue. The Better Business Bureau has given them an F rating.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! They will not return phone calls, the equipment is over priced and their customer service is TERRIBLE. They cannot answer a question they are best known for passing you another department...

My 89 yr old father, dependent on an O2 concentrator, is coming home to me after 6 weeks in hospital & I was guaranteed a delivery of a machine TODAY ... he comes in less than 48 hours. No delivery - no call - NO ONE to call. . Will research other options.
