A great experience, probably the best provider of Delfin Tours on the island. The boat is owned and operated by a female captain, which is unique and exceptional on La Gomera. She offers good service on her cosy and comfortable boat and is obviously efficient in finding animals whatever the weather and the sea is like. She offers a tasty picnic with a wide variety of drinks and stops if the weather allows for a short swim during the turn. It is to my opinion a five star performance taking into account the service she offers and the relaxing experience on board.

Fantastic way to spend a few hours with sea mammals We had a wonderful experience with our afternoon on the Pura Vida. The crew (mother and daughter) were very friendly, knowledgeable, safety conscious and environmentally aware. We were able to spend hours on the boat, watching schools of striped dolphins, pilot whales and an osprey and a baby loggerhead sea turtle. They were very friendly and approached the boat often, especially when the engines were low. We knew when they had had enough because they swam off quickly. We had the option of staying at sea for longer or to go to a cove for a swim - we decided our afternoon on the water was going well and to avoid a swim. We were not disappointed and even at sea were able to enjoy a small picnic of prepared food and drinks - lovely!
We get very lucky and happy today on board of Pura Vida boat: After being cancelled by Yani's boat just before departure because 4 was not enough people on board, we were only 3 on board of Pura Vida and we took the sea on this Sunday morning, end of June! After 30' at sea, we saw our first group of dolphins among many other groups during that day. We saw up to 15 dolphins around the boat at the same time. Later, we saw a big Bryde's whale at 10-20m. Then, we navigated with a group of 5 pilot whales very close to the ship. Each time, Carmen, the captain, slowed down or even shutted down the engine to respect animals. After a tapas lunch, we came close to the coast for a swim and, surprise, we saw a hammer shark just before going to swim... What an experience! Thank you very much Carmen and... (sorry I forgot), my son and I feel very lucky and happy tonight!
A truly magnificent experience. Totally worth it. Small groups in a cozy atmosphere. Mother and daughter are in business for a year and offer a unique and professional whale watching experience. They communicate with other whale watching boats to guarantee for finding the whales that are around. Had a stop for a picnic, a glass of wine and a swim at the end. Perfect day!
We had a wonderful time on you boat. We were a small Group which was really nice. After some time we met a big school of Grindwhals. It was breathtaking. Later on we had a small lunch and returned to the pier. Thank you for the great experience.
