I have used many garages throughout my car ownership, both main dealers and independants, and I can honestly say that Harwoods Edenbridge delivered the best customer experience. I received an email confirming my booking and I was welcomed warmly when I dropped my car off, like I really mattered. I was kept informed through the day, including a very informative video starring Dan who gave me a tour of the understand of my Range Rover, advising me of all the checks he undertook. I cannot praise Elliot in the service team highly enough, he was terrific in keeping me informed and made me feel like I mattered. I would recommend Harwoods Edenbridge highly enough if you want to experience excellent customer service, thank makes you feel valued and that you matter.
