ONE OF THE ONLY PLACES ON LONG ISLAND YOU CAN TAKE A HEELS CLASS RIGHT NOW. LIKE WHY IS IT NOT MORE COMMON I DO NOT KNOW. It's so nice here, the lighting is beautiful and shmexyyy and the environment is comfortable. Teachers here are so nice, not judgmental at all and othwer students are welcoming and very helpful! The best part is that its such a good workout but it doesn't feel like one. Plssss do more heels classes/dance classes pls :'( \u003e.\u003c like on friday/sat/sun,, neeeeeeed

Shift Align

Great local boutique studio for fitness, Yoga, pole dancing, dance choreography, and events. Cozy friendly and has a long history of success. If you're looking for a home away from home type studio you'll make new friends, learn new techniques, hone old ones, and just let go enough to enjoy life more. Definitely recommended ! Guys and girls welcomed. I've even met a father who took pole dancing wit his daughters as support. Definitely a family vibe!

All of the classes I have taken are amazing!! The staff is super friendly and accommodating and extremely welcoming. I felt right at home by the end of the first class. All the instructors are super knowledgeable and will take the time to help you / answer any questions you may have.

I love this place! I started taking virtual classes here in April and felt at home immediately thanks to the wonderful instructors and students. The studio culture is very welcoming and I haven't looked back! They recently reopened for in-studio classes with social distancing guidelines and procedures (masks on at all times!), so I attended class the first day. I felt very safe, had a ton of fun, and went back the next day for more :)

Dream Dance Fitness is a nice intimate studio. Overall great package prices for the variety and amount of classes offered (especially for the aerial fitness classes). Classes focus on empowerment and self-love. Members who begin and choose to continue their journey have developed long lasting friendships among each other.
