Whilst I share the many reservations about reception staff I have to say that if you can get past that hurdle the back room staff are generally commendable. Today, Friday 4 September, I spoke to a lady member of the IT team. She explained why I was having problems and what her team were doing to improve matters. What's more she said she would look further into my rejected request for a repeat prescription. Within half an hour the pharmacy phoned to say my prescription was ready for collection. By the way I am registered at the Felsted Surgery. No three days processing time required Just remember that justified complaints are your right - praise when it's due should also be made public.

Dr's & nurses are great but the receptionists needs changing, rude, arrogant & no empathy, they should not work in a GP's surgery.

Wow what a fantastic receptionist! Judy Wilson went over and beyond her call of duty, and this isn't the first time. So very, very helpful shame there are not more people like it. She assisted with my sons condition which is very scary, she reassures me and ensures the task is sorted from the start to the very end. Thank you so much Judy, you are my rock whenever I need professional help. Such a lovely Lady.
