Toolstation Dundee has lost a loyal customer. 3 customers in front of me, 2 with no masks/face coverings at all and the other wearing it around his neck (???). Those not wearing a mask did not wear a lanyard showing they are exempt so no excuse. Unfortunately, retailers are unwilling to take any responsibility to police the legal requirements for face coverings but there is no one else who can do it for them. Simple answer to to stop anyone entering the premises unless they are abiding by the law.
I had to return light bulbs as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong sized fitting online. The member of staff who looked after me was extremely pleasant and helpful. Good customer service.
