Comfortable coaches with plenty or legroom, staff helpful.

Bus suppose to arrive at 7:31, turns out the bus driver decides to turn up 8-9 minutes late for a whole week in the freezing cold (mid winter) with no email about this timing. Only to turn up on time next week. Bus’s quality is s**t ( you can literally take the chairs out). Shows all pictures of comfort class on website, although we have only had comfort class once, would definitely not recommend this company.

Trip to Hogwarts in the snow was enjoyable with knowledgeable driver on times. We felt trip would probably be better on a week day to the amount of people it attracts. Only thing I would say is the driver could of said he would be locking gates rather than being a mind reader as we nearly got locked in and Bexwell Aerodrome is probably not the best place to get the coach from its difficult to find and off the beaten track with all pot holes. However We would be happy to go with Harrods again!
