Terrible customer service. Stay away. They never answer the phone and they never return calls. The only good thing was the carpenter who fitted the doors was a nice guy.
Good quality primed shaker doors for a good price, fitter was very friendly and quick professional job
Bought doors from this place had some problems with the first fitter who was an absolute arse. But the the company sent a new fitter the same day who was lovely and a joy to have working for me. Not a bad experience overall the just need to give that first fitter the elbow or the will lose more customers than they gain.

Ordered six doors from this company...was asked to wait while the doors I ordered came ins the lads were on holiday I waited five weeks. Got the doors and they were hung. The guys that hung the doors were sound. I paid up and a fault developed in one of the doors. They said it was a manufacturing issue and it would take two or three weeks. One month went by then two...I called and were told the lads were on holiday and would be fitted the next week. Month three went by I asked for refund and suddenly the door was available again. Over four months despite the replacement siting in their warehouse. The owner Makes it seem like you are burdening him. Total attitude and should not be allowed near any customers.i got a refund and I sourced the door from somewhere else,...apparently an apology is ‘yeah you shouldn’t be left that long but the lads were on holiday’....no discount or accountability. Would avoid...plenty of door places offering same deals but with good customer service.
