I called on Thursday to get oil as I had completely run out and have kids in the house. Its February and cold. I was told it would be Saturday for a delivery. I called on Saturday morning to confirm and I paid in full. I was told they would be with me before lunch. No one turned up or phoned to say they couldn't make it. I now have to wait until next week to get someone. With no heat in the house and 2 young kids thanks to Donadea Oil. Don't ever use them.
