Best service I've ever ever had from a furniture store. Tom and Ryan and the best. They treated us so well including letting us bring a barstool home to try out to see if we liked it. They let us put half down up front and were super transparent about everything. Amazing, amazing service. We love our barstools in our nearly furnished apartment.

I had cycled through multiple rounds of bar stools for our kitchen counter. We have 3 children and they were just demolishing every stool I brought in. The fabric ones had stains and the non fabric ones would somehow end up tipped over and banging up our floor. Someone directed me to Barstools etc and the staff was phenomenal. I told them what I was looking for and they narrowed down my selection quickly to just a couple options. I went with an option that could be mixed/matched meaning I selected the base (color, material, style) and then I selected the seat. The salespeople sent me home with samples to see how they looked in my home. We pulled the trigger and had to wait several weeks for them to be ready, but have absolutely loved them. It’s been 7 months with LOTS of use and they still look brand new. They’ve never tipped over once and I’m pretty sure they are indestructible. They were more expensive than the cheap online options but less than what I had looked at from West Elm and Pottery Barn and the quality is exceptionally better. If you’re looking for any stools, start (and finish) here!
Very friendly staff. Had football game on a plus when you have to shop on a Sunday lol but it was a very comfortable place to be at. Inviting lots of choices. The staff were helpful in making our choice easier.
