While I have had great service advisors who understand and support me keeping a 2001 Saturn SL1 going, Lenny was not one of them. He didn't call to keep me updated, I had to call. When I needed a part in the exhaust system replaced, he told me that GM didn't make it any more or it would cost too much so just take it to a muffler shop. I found the part on the GM website and while it was I would have loved to have the option to have the cost of them replacing it since I only trust certain dealerships to work on my car. Unfriendly and short probably because I don't have a newer car. Will go back, but only with the other advisor who loves helping me keep my car running.

I had a great experience with the purchase of a 2020 Cadillac CT4 from Michelle Sladovich. Everything she proposed to me was absolutely true. She was very professional and friendly. Michelle made sure I was happy with my experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Michelle again. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with the new car manager, Michael Lowe. I wanted to purchase 2 vehicles, but Mike was unwilling to work with me. As a matter of fact, he insulted me with his proposal of the second vehicle. As far as I’m concerned it’s the dealership’s loss. Maybe Mike will be willing to work a lot better with the next person who would like to purchase 2 vehicles.
