In March 2018, New heights loft conversions ltd carried out a full refurbishment and extension of our Victorian terrace house in Leytonstone, London. Our works featured a ground floor kitchen extension, including installation of a downstairs toilet and utility room, a first-floor bathroom extension and a loft conversion with an en-suite. With such a mammoth task ahead, finding the right builder who we could trust was essential. Luckily Simon and his team were working on our neighbour's house and we were able to see at first hand the quality and care they took creating a similar build. Simon is a highly personable individual and shows a real passion for achieving the best for his clients. His core team; Jake, Jack and John, are an equally passionate and talented bunch and are a pleasure to work with. Whether it be Jake's meticulous joinery skills or John's ability to sculpt a Victorian window header, they are a real credit to his business. Not forgetting Davey - a hard-working labourer and quite possibly the only Geordie West Ham fan in the country. Throughout our build, Simon constantly informed us of every decision and would update me daily on progress. He is ALWAYS available to take my call, even after the build had finished which shows a level of dedication hard to find in the building trade. The aftercare has been exceptional which is important for such big builds like ours. They have done a fantastic job in transforming our Victorian house and I would have no problems in recommending New heights loft for any future building projects.

Our dream home is now a reality and complete thanks to Simon, Jon & Jake and the team from New Heights Loft Conversion Limited. From the first consultation to planning and to the final build, the team have been outstanding and their customer service was first class. They have made our small kitchen and separate dining room, into a luxurious open plan modern living space with ample entertainment area for ourselves and our teenage children. The magnificent anthracite bi-fold doors brings the outside indoors. Words can not describe how we feel about the amazing new space created and designed by Simon and his team. Simon was always on hand to advise and address any issues and advise on any designs and ideas we had. He also helped greatly to be realistic about budgets and sourcing ,materials. Project manager for our build was Jon who was professional, courteous and his craftsmanship was faultless. His skills and experience ensured that the build was timely and we were given progress reports throughout and any changes we made were addressed along the way with no qualms. Jake and Jon's craftsmanship again faultless, great guys. Their eye for detail was second to none and their finish was meticulous. The build went to plan each day and Jon would update us and inform us when other trades would be on site ie electricians or plumbers. Every night they cleaned and tidied and secured the site before leaving. Davy was the friendly labourer who was also there to lend a hand. They are all a credit to Simon and the reputation of New Heights Loft Conversion Ltd. All aspects of the build were executed to the highest standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and his team for an extension. Thank you
Excellent company. I was rather apprehensive about having work done in my home, but Simon and his team, especially Jake who undertook most of the structural work on his own, made the experience much easier than expected with their caring and friendly manner. I am extremely pleased with my loft conversion and the structural changes made to the downstairs, as well as additional work, all of which was all carried out professionally and to a high standard. Throughout the process Simon, Jake and Pete (electrician) kept me fully informed of their progress and also addressed the many issues that arose to ensure that my bungalow was safe and in compliance with the regulations. During the work and on completion they also ensured that everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.
What a pleasure it was to have this company undertake our work at home. We got New Heights Lofts to create a loft I have always wanted- (but never pursued it) and I am exceptional pleased with the results- and so glad I took that step. Not only did they listen to my requirements, they delivered to an outstanding and professional level, and even with me changing a few ideas they still went above and beyond to get my desired finish - and I'm very particular. Simon and Jake had a friendly mannerism and it was great they are local (which you don't get much these days!). Can't recommend New Heights Loft enough- Very grateful, thank you!
An amazing team who took on a very difficult project here, a first floor conversion that turned into a complete gallery overhaul and redesign. These guys rolled with the punches, full of good humour and I highly recommend them.
