I recently visited the ER at Texas Health Presbyterian hoping for some sort of answers to a health issue I had been experiencing for several days. I unfortunately left with no answers and the supposed referral I was given to a specialist was never actually sent over to them. Do not waste your time at this hospital's ER department. Dr. Steven Bradley Sellers seemed like he was clueless and had better things to do and more severe patients to see. I HIGHLY suggest Baylor Scott and White Frisco instead. They were able to diagnose me within a few hours and set up a same day call from a specialist.

Ira H. was quite helpful in admissions. We laughed and joked and he was super fast with my paper work. My main Nurse, Susie, is the truth. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind...etc. In fact all the service was professional. The hospital is clean the location is good. And the decorations are gorgeous. The view from my window was worth capturing. 2 thumbs up for everybody... especially floor #2

I want into the err due to coughing up blood. The nurse helped me to the bathroom and I went into respiratory failure again. The RT guy Larry and dr Rivera told I could control it and I was fine. I ended up with a massive infection and needed emergency surgery. I have been in the hospital for several weeks and not been able to eat for 3 weeks. They need to be fired immediately!!!!!

Excellent ER staff. Took care of my son with kindness and efficiency in a late night scary visit. We were asked to wait outside or in our car for the 4 hours we were there, which was fine. Every person we saw coming in was treated with same respect and quick professionalism.

Update: after about 12 minutes, Ira comes out of office and remembers me from my previous visit and gets me thru the paper system quickly and escorts mé to x-ray. Thanks Ira. You got me to add more stars to this review. Customer service isn't a good priority on level 1. The hassles to get thru the dang red tape just for a 4 minute x-ray is ridiculous. Half staffed admission desk all have to go thru at 9 a. M. Is ridiculous.
