So glad I had left my wheels to Martin as I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call that they were completed 2 weeks before they were supposed to...that was during lockdown too! Service is top class with a reassuring sense of quality craftsmanship from a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman who certainly knows a lot more about bikes than I do. Very helpful in advising on the best materials to use on the new bike build. Had a custom wheelset built here and the finish and build was flawless. 6 months of MTB use in the mountains of wales and the wheels have stayed true. Highly recommended.

I placed an online order for spokes. They arrived within 24 hours of the order being placed. That would be great service in normal times. But with the current covid19 situation is above the beyond what you would expect. All at a great price to.

I found Martin extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and created a fantastic bike for me to my specification. I am 14 stone and have regularly broken spokes in my rear wheels - he suggested building wheels with 36 spokes to suit my needs and although I haven't ridden many miles yet I haven't had a murmur from them. Martin has created me a fantastic Audax bike that rides beautifully and is very comfortable. He spent a long time sizing me and making sure everything was correct for my build and various limb lengths. The service I received far exceeded the service I have previously received at some of the 'big' names where I spent twice as much. Even the colour was chosen by myself which has made my bike feel even more special. Ian
