I recomend this company from all my hart . When i bought a house with a tennant inside i didn t know nothing about bad tennants. Mr Del and Miss Sasha did a great job and all the time gave me the perfect advise , and in the middle of lockdown i was able to evict the tenants . It was like a never ending story but now they are out . Thank you so much Miss Sasha and your team !!!

I Dealt with Robecca. The company dealt with everything for hell of a lot , lot less than I was quoted for by other companies. Even though there were complications with not having a legal tenancy agreement, The tenant was out in less than 6 months which included court time and two months eviction notice plus another notice for not having the correct documents before proceedings could take place. Even I was wary when I first used them but not any longer. I would highly recommend this company if you have problems with your tenants.
