Catalyst epitomizes all that is beautiful about the pole community. A safe, welcoming environment to explore and grow as a dancer. It's never over crowded. It is a movement paradise with large wood floor space, well spaced poles, high ceilings, sun soaked, clean, peaceful, and the amazing people are what make it a real sanctuary from the hustle of the world. Genuine chill vibes. A space to tune in and create. It's glorious!!

I came back to pole dancing here after some time off and was welcomed with open arms. All the teachers are super encouraging and knowledgable and the students are supportive and funny. I felt welcome and like I was a part of a community from day 1 but there was never any pressure or weird cliques or things that can sometimes happen at pole dancing or yoga studios. The classes themselves are safe, fun and varied and while the teachers themselves have their own styles, they are really supportive of you developing your own and will kind of support you in whatever you're trying to get out of classes.

Such a fantastic studio. Though I’ve only currently been to 3 classes I know this is the place for me. The teachers and students are all extremely encouraging and work with you whatever your skill level may be. This studio is the opposite of judgmental and it’s always a wonderful mix of people. The instructors push you just enough to achieve things you didn’t think possible. Really inspiring and loving here.

Such a great pole studio! They have a great schedule and an even more amazing staff. The teachers are all so knowledgeable. In the short time that Catalyst has been opened have already seen big improvements in my strength, technique and pole tricks.
