Credit where credit is due - these guys offer a brilliant service. Rarely do I give 5* however Rob in retail could not be more helpful and great to deal with. Alex and the rest of the team really know their stuff and go the extra mile to look after you. Old fashioned values modern solutions at its best.

Really poor service. I ran to check they could service the item. They said they could and gave me an estimated cost. When I dropped the item off they said it would take no longer than 2 weeks. 2.5 weeks later I'd had no call to say it was ready so I rang, only to be told they couldn't do it. Not the first time I've been let down by them.

I kind of get the impression that Sales are doing me a favour. The lack of interest is always present. There is one guy in Service that was helpful. There again, they charged me 70 for a lawn mower tyre that I could buy exact same for less than 30. So 40 to fit a lawn mower tyre. Its not exactly the same as a modern car dealer, they don't need 100 an hour for labour. Doubt it took 15 minutes anyway. I hope nothing goes wrong now, I can hardly go back can I?
