After a ton of research, we went with Charlotte Playsets. We are so thrilled. My boys love their new playset, seems well constructed and looks great in our backyard.

I went to every major playground store in Charlotte, and we ultimately went with Charlotte Playsets. They gave us the best price for the type of structure we wanted. But beyond that, they were polite, informed and patient with us as we visited and revisited the store. Delivery and installation also went without a hitch.
After looking around at different places, I chose this place. Great service, great products, great customer service! Definitely recommend.
EXCELLENT service from Scott (owner), Summer (office) and Todd (installer). My kids LOVE the awesome playset!! Thank you for getting it installed earlier than expected and in time for my son's 2nd Birthday party!! It was a big hit!! :)
I received inconsistent information, pricing and service from Charlotte Playsets. I would highly recommend checking out Creative Playthings on Monroe Ave, they are a green company, have quality products and an upfront sales team.
