We absolutely love this place! Jamie, the massage therapist, is fantastic! She really knows her stuff and is kind, funny and loving on the body. She really wants everyone to get better with her work. I really liked this place. As soon as you enter this place you feel relaxed. I went here to consult with an Ayurveda Specialist for my psoriasis. She was very good. She understood all aspects of how this disease affects people and encouraged me to stop feeling bad about it and be more positive. She also gave me a treatment plan which is helping me a lot. I also got Shirodhara treatment done. This was the most relaxing head and body massage ever. The slow stream of warm oil falling on my forehead took me into a trans like state. I felt peaceful. The hot oil body massage was a bonus. I encourage everyone to get this done. They also offer membership plans that can save you some money. We need alternate/natural/ holistic treatments for our well being. Please support such businesses and live a healthy lifestyle.

AyurvaWellness is a treasure of a retreat and a wonderful way to invest in your health! From the moment you arrive, it is like returning to yourself. I am very grateful to have done several Ayurvedic treatments with Azita that transformed how I was feeling physically and emotionally. As a healer she is at once completely attuned, absolutely sensitive, and truly skilled! The owners are welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. The location in Cedar Park is near enough to be accessible to Austin but yet just far enough to feel like a retreat away from everything. Azita is wonderful! She is absolutely the best massage therapist I ever had in my life. I even drive over 1 hour each way just to see her. The entire Ayurva Wellness is a wonderful spa, but Azita is certainly the cherry on top. Professional, positive, joyful, thoughtful, with attention to details and desire to help me heal my frozen shoulder. Excellent customer service!
