Come during the day if you have an open appointment. Some docks are very tight and dark. The people are nice though. Fast unload once I figured out the backing.

Best place to work if you don’t mind working Hard in a fast paced and hot environment. If it’s 100 out side it’ll be 120 in side the plant. There is a lots of ventilation but we got hundreds of PVC and Nylon extrusion machines those heats up to 350 to 500 Fahrenheit making this place hot. They provide you plenty of spring water, Gatorade and popsicle and are working on portable AC unites. Their benefits used to be very good specially health insurance but know it’s expensive everywhere so I don’t blame them for this. Management is friendly and they mostly stand in the hallway to greet you in morning. They have open door policy and you can go in their office any time to talk to them. They’re working on lots of safety things but this plant is around 60 years old so it’ll take time to be perfect that’s why accidents keep happening but percentage is whole lot lower than the other that kind of places. They also have six flags night for their employees once a year at the beginning of summer.

Live unload but they are so fast.in and out abt 1 hr.they are open 24 hrs but if u have live unload.it start at 7am.and they do unload on weekend.

One of my favorite live unload locations. Super friendly staff at all points and extremely fast dock workers. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with only 1 truck going back at a time and 2 trucks ahead of us. The dock we got assigned to was a little annoying to get into but by far not the worst we have seen. I look forward to working with Southwire more in the future.

I been waiting since last night truck driver now this morning still takes forever get you un loading very long times. Short of staff. Really frustrated
