Red was already extremely slow but after Galls bought them out, I could probably sew up any of their products myself from scratch before they arrived. 75% of everything I've ordered was back ordered and the company's organizational skills are so dismal they can't even keep track of whether or not a product was shipped. I've received follow up emails months later for one lousy item that should've taken 10 minutes to embroider. Absolutely ridiculous. Please, for the love of uniforms, take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy waiting two months for a single hat to arrive. The store itself is quite nice but the service and staff are abysmal.

6 weeks now and no uniforms. The answer given... \That uniform is very popular\. The longest wait with GT was 4 weeks. Do yourself a favor and stick with GT. 11/8/18 unless you're department has 1000 Officers. They could care less... but would have to try. Customer service... they must hate cops

A good call back makes a sale. I was shopping for a particular item and wanted to try it on for size before buying. One of the sales rep called back promptly to follow-up on my voice mail. He confirmed that they carry the brand clothing and the particular item was in stock. So I drove to their showroom, met the friendly sales rep and other employees and started shopping. I was given plenty of time to try on the item and browse the rest of the store. Several staff asked if they could help but for most part left me alone unless needed. Bottom line: I bought more than I thought I was going to buy at first.

Poor and unprofessional service. Both managers had zero knowledge on the products carried at the location and passed me off to a sales rep that smelled heavily of alcohol. I was happy to leave and take my business elsewhere.
