Had an appointment for an oil change at 130pm brought it in at 120pm it is now 235pm and my truck is still sitting in the same spot untouched I asked if they forgot about it and Mike said no he's been busy on the phone, guess I'm not a valued customer today. My first experience here was fantastic wich is why I chose to come back, wish I had the name of who helped me the first time because I'll book my appointments on the day he works to ensure I'm not waiting an hour for an oil change past my scheduled appointment.... now 235pm another car pulled in 10 mins ago for service and they took his right away, still see my truck sitting there waiting..... Finally pulled in at 2:45 pm complete at 330pm and charged 35 dollars more then last time because apparently the first time they gave me a members coupon for 35 off the first time and it doesn't apply this time around, not even sorry bout the 2 hour and 10 min wait
