Steak and chips was nice, shame the chips went cold by the end, would suggest a different serving method to keep them hotter for longer. Service seemed a bit odd, with food being walked in on a tray from the kitchen and then taken off the tray and placed on the table by various different waiters. Service charge is added to the bill at 12.5% which I feel is high but this is optional, just relies upon you asking for it to be removed.

Great place, delicious food with good portion sizes and prices from 12 for mains. They have a separate gluten free menu as well, and they give you the allergen list if you need it. The waiters and waitresses were really friendly and helpful in all situations. Nice atmosphere. Make sure you book in advance!

French menu (as you would expect) in this chain of restaurants. No Prix Fixe when we went but it was during the eat out to help out week. Efficient, friendly service and they even allowed us to sit and chat whilst they were clearing up. 12.5% service charge added to bill automatically. Recommended.

The food is delicious, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff are great, very polite and friendly. It can get very busy at peak times so make sure you book on advance.

Went there on a busy Saturday night, took 15-20min to get someone to take my drink order. I understand things get busy but we weren’t even addressed about our wait. Once we had our orders taken, the food came out hot and we didn’t have to wait too long. Lobster was great, just too small for 28. I was happy with the taste and portion size of the calamari starter. I went there for the seafood and was not disappointed by it. Might try it again when I have another craving. The food was good enough that I’ll hope for better service next time, but maybe takeaway since there is no social distancing measure in place.
