Receipt not clear. All items labeled as TOPS even though I bought trousers, shorts and a PE kit bag. I couldnt work out how much they really are. God knows If I'm charged right or not. I'd still rate the uniforms as good quality and helpful staff.

I got my daughter a blazer from here in late August 2017, when we got home noticed it was a boys and went back and they told me that they are unisex after checking with other suppliers I found out there was a difference managed to get it swapped to a girls the lad was very rude because i had checked up what the difference was between a boys and girls blazer. Then my daughter went to school and found out the blazer was completely different to others. The shade of blue was wrong, the rope going around the lapel was different, the badge was wrong colour of yellow. The school was understanding saying not to shop there again as it was not approved but when she needed a replacement to buy from their recommended suppliers. So not even 9 months of wear the blazer is falling apart the rope is hanging off, the lining I had to cut out as it come away at the seams. Really poor Quality blazer. Really poor customer service.
