Hayley is literally the best! I love this her and this studio for making this experience so much better. Hayley brings a crazy amount of energy to anything she does and YOU WILL SWEAT! Definitely take her class if you see her on the schedule!

I love this spot! I’ve been to a lot of different yoga studios in Brooklyn and this one always has a super clean facility, friendly staff, large variety of classes, and a welcoming environment. Class prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for! It’s worth the amount. Will definitely be keeping with this studio and hoping to check out the one in greenpoint some time too

This studio has such a warm, community focused feel to it, the most amazing, knowledgeable instructors and a variety of classes that fit my every mood - if I want my butt kicked, I’ll do Inferno Hot Pilates, if I need some balance, the Baptiste or Flow yoga classes are great. I cannot say enough great things about this studio - BOTH locations!
