Excellent customer service. Due to lock down I wasn't able to visit the shop and so I had to guess my sizes and place my order. When the items I received were too big, I contacted the customer support and got a prompt response. As I was ordering items in a smaller size, the lady talked me through the process via email and she was very helpful. My second order was delivered very quickly, allowing me to see which items were the best fit. As I had already told them that I would be returning my items, they agreed to issue a full refund on to my card. The designs are nice, the prices are reasonable and the quality is also good. Overall highly recommended.

Return policy is not acceptable. Got my daughter an outfit which was wrong size, Ex large when wanted medium. When i went to return outfit which was bought a day before I was refused money back only credit note or exchange. Been out of town credit note was no good .looked in shop nothing was fitting . Still refused return and we had to leave with an outfit twice the the size . Don't recommend this shop. Left my daughter devastated. Will never go back again. The size had a label with medium on it and the outfit label has ex large. The male shop owner with a beard took the label off so we could not argue.

The no returns policy is extremely flawed and unflexible. Given the prices they charge, this should seriously be looked into.
