Isn’t the vacuum cleaner supposed to be free to use? That’s what the advert online said. Why are they collecting cash for that? I wonder what other Hidden Charges are there.

After trying many places to stay in as a student.. and many where descent. But Horton house has the sweet spot of great managment, cosy living standards and reasonable prices. Specially that the flats have TVs and the common room has the biggest TV I've ever seen in a student accommodation. The atmosphere is always great because of the events that happen.. and the nice people/staff. If all that isn't enough.. sometimes their events have free pizza!! so it's a win by default \u200d️. I believe the management there is doing a great job compared to other cloud accommodations as I have tried one before. The management here tries to keep up with students requests although during lockdown students maintenance requests rise but they always keep the wait time as short as possible.

I have been staying here for almost 4 years. The location is very convenient, only about 5 mins walk from the University, and close by to local stores/ fast food shops so you rarely need to take long walks. The standard rooms have a reasonable amount of space to place your things and I'm a tall person so the en-suite bathroom is a little small for me, but I've gotten used to it now. The previous and current staff have always been helpful with my requests (in person and through email). The price is very good and a lot cheaper than living within the University green for example. For me, it's definitely been worth living here compared to other accommodations.

I must say that my experience in Horton house was AMAZING. Before moving to Horton house, I was staying in another accommodation (The Green- Homes for students) which was okay, but nowhere near to my great experience in Horton. whether was it the awesome location of Horton it being located near to the Uni and in Such vibrant and lively street full with restaurants that are quite suitable for the student lifestyle. Also, the fact that the staff in Horton house who are quite friendly, very responsive and the fact they pay attention to each of their tenants which honestly made me feel very special and got me to view Horton house is a warm family house. Moreover, the prices here in Hotoron is waaaaay cheaper and student-friendly compared to other accommodation and more importantly, it's quite safe and secure at horton house. I must say that I LOVED STAYING IN HORTON HOUSE and highly recommend it to anyone.
