Had to chase my order as I hadn’t had any update since I placed it. The lady on live chat was very helpful said there was 1 set of handles short so would post everything else and the other would follow. It literally came the day after the first package was delivered. Didn’t get any updates from the courier around delivery dates and times which is poor considering the cost of postage. As for the products they seem decent enough. The rose gold is more gold than rose if I’m honest. Would have liked more clear instructions with the latches in terms of what size drill bit to use but a quick google search gave me that info.

I placed my original order for two replacement handles on the 16th April. When I hadn't received anything from them 11 days later I contacted them via livechat to find out what was happening. I was told that they had a delay with their supplier due to the Corona Virus which I thought was perfectly acceptable. Sadly my wife decided she didnt like the colour so I enquired if I could exchange them for the same ones but in a different colour. I was told they don't offer exchanges but I could return them for a refund and order the correct ones - which I did. I then used the new packaging to send back the unwanted ones. After not receiving a refund (and hearing nothing back from the company again) I went onto livechat again to find out what was happening. A lovely lady by the name of Shelley rang me very quickly to apologise and my money was refunded. So overall a really good outcome from a good small business learning to cope well during lockdown conditions.

Non existent customer service. Placed an order for some door handles where two sets were missing hardware. Spoke to someone via the web chat back in June and was told replacement hardware would be sent. Waited for a total of 5 months and no replacement hardware was sent. Tried contacting them numerous times on the phone, email and web chat but got no response. In the end I ended up using Word of Brass in Bolton and they managed to get me the replacement hardware the very next day and ended up making the rest of my purchases for the required door hardware there.

Purchased some window hardware and it’s great, but the website did not make it clear that some additional components were included, so I ordered those in addition. I’ve returned the spare bits using ‘signed for’ post but no refund has been issued. No one is answering the phone, emails or web chat. Been waiting a month so far.....
