The bad reviews are the most truthful. This really is a dire place to work, even for a factory job. Constantly under pressure to hit unrealistic targets and thus driven by fear instead of pride in your work. Really not the way to motivate staff. I challenged the management and lost my job the next day for a 'bad attitude' despite being polite and professional about the issue (they hadn't paid me overtime). No further comments from them and obviously no resolution to being underpaid. There is zero job security. I was let go via text, yes - text - on a Saturday evening! Probably the most unproffessional communication I've ever had. You have to be really desperate to work here and if you do, you need to be prepared to act like a robot or a slave. Sounds dramatic, but it's true. Steer clear.

Terrible company too work for told them i was dyslexic about 50 times told them not too put me some jobs because of it then they threatened too sack me if i dont pick it up and was sending me too other warehouse which was just as bad avoid working here
