Re: Covid Testing Services I observe both a service to community and an opportunistic money grab; company does not bother with insurance at all - cash only. Advise against Antigen test altogether - don't do it; false positive occurrences too high (n1) to be reliable. PCR Test is the way to go, and it's free from LA County and other sources. If time is an issue and money isn't, then this option may work for you. Staff were personable and professional. Mixed review; 3/5

A difficult process made very easy! We pulled up to the building and were directed to the designated testing area. After being greeted and pulling in, we were handed consents and instructed on the process. The whole process took less than 10 to 15 minutes and we received our results the next day! Super Job Dr. Nazarian and the professional staff of MyConciergeMD for making this possible and easy!!!!

I travel all over the world from the USA. I can say 100% without question this is the best Covid testing center in the country. I’ve gotten my results anywhere from 8 to 24 hours after getting tested at very fair prices for that kind of service. I don’t even live in Los Angeles. I live in Kansas City, Missouri but I come to Los Angeles to fly to my global destinations first to ensure that I can get tested here because of the reliability. I have friends that have canceled trips because they didn’t get their tests back in time. Never an issue here. Also, some of the places I’ve traveled to require additional documentation, such as a fit to fly certificates and this office has always been super accommodating. Because they work with so many patients, they know the key countries and what they need. Thank you so much!

I have never written a review on line but after my second great experience here I felt the need to. Twice in the past six months I have traveled internationally and needed to produce a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival. This is hard to do with long flights. My concierge has been nothing but great. Reliable, professional, and extremely willing to help each time. They make it easy and are very thorough with their instructions. The testing is also a very easy and comfortable process with the staff. The best part is I have called and emailed several times with questions and concerns. They always pick up the phone or return emails very quickly which is unbelievable considering how busy they are. Everyone I have been in contact with is more than willing to help in any way. I have to especially thank Abigail who has really helped me out both times. This place is defy first in class and I would and have recommended to many

My Concierge MD is wonderful. I've had a few different insurance plans over the years and they've always accepted. I really liked my doctors, the app is easy to use, the process is quick and the prescription was sent out immediately with no issues. They are the only online doctor app I will use!
