Excellent, excellent woodwind and brass shop. Private instrument testing rooms, attentive and physically attractive staff, huge selection. It's costly but so worth it. Respect

I rented from this shop a new clarinet (Buffet E 12- price about 1.200 for a new one) with the option Mietkauf. They It was pretty difficult to play the deep E. After a month I had to bring it back to repair because of a constructional fault. Furthermore, I bought a reed Vandoren 2 that does not work properly. I sent it back to the shop asking the to replace it with another. Thay did not reply. So I reminded them with a second email and that was the answer: Leider können wir probierte Blätter nicht umtauschen. Blätter haben leider immer Qualitätsschwankungen. Das liegt am Holz. Manche gehen gut manche weniger gut...Als Klarinettenspieler muss man damit leben. I do not suggest to anybody to go to that shop because they do not seem very responsible.
