Brian is a quality instructor who digently and patiently explains/demonstrates JKD principals and techniques along with a variety of other martial arts. The classes involve a good cardio workout, some observing/learning and a lot of practice with the group. There is good mix of people of various backgrounds and everyone I met in my 18 months was friendly and engaging.

Really good club, great range of styles and knowledge from all of the instructors. Tough workout, left the place sweating. Great sparring sessions with some of the guys and girls towards the end of class. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to expand on their martial arts, mma or self defence. Thanks
