We had to rush our cat to the OOH vet on Wednesday evening. When we arrived they were very helpful and saw us straight away. Our cat had to stay in over night and was looked after exceptionally well. We can’t thank Marie enough and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I felt that that they were more interested in making money, suggesting 1400 for my dog to stay for the day/night, another 4000 for a scan to be sent off for. This left us thinking we would have to have our pet put down as we can't afford this. We went to our own vets the following day and they were much better and suggested we wait a while and she picked up massively. I would not ever use that practice again.

We needed to take our rabbit once at the weekend and then in the very early hours of Christmas day. This meant, of course, that we paid a premium, but the vets, nurses and receptionist were all fantastic. Thank you so much for putting our minds at ease. We wouldn't hesitate in using the out of hours surgery again.

The Vetinary care was perfect. The out of hours fee of 180 was a rip off. You can’t claim this back and this is payable even if the pet has no treatment. Out of hours fees are understandable as wages need to be paid, but this seems like profiteering on the back of owners emotional distress. (Who wouldn’t pay?) The car park was full and I counted 40 people waiting. That’s 7200 before any treatment in three hours. The fee rises if it’s a night call. Left me feeling ripped off.

Lack of good communication with lack of good customer care. I would really try not to use this vets as an out of service if I can help it in the future . This was my first time here in over 20 years Of having pets and would not recommend this practice sadly
