Just called in to get a tin of paint at 9.30am. shop was empty yet was not allowed it. Then was told by the guy who came to the door I needed to call the store to book the paint, but he could not tell me when I could collect it. However he admitted he would be the one who would be answering the phone. I asked can you please make it now, I ha e a trade account with them. He refused. Once again I stress there was NO ONE IN STORE . What a joke. All he had to do is mix 1 tin of paint, and he was too rude to do that. I will never every be using Johnstone's again.and will be closing me trade account.

The moment you walk in the lady tells you she can’t help you. No interest in even trying. Everything you ask is too much trouble. Terrible service. Try elsewhere.

I have never been treated so rudely. This is an awful shop. I tried to buy stuff here, got no help and was asked to hurry up choosing. I went to Balham Paint instead. I got lovely service there, even though it was far busier. It also worked out far cheaper.
