Called for assistance due to repeated problems with a neighbour.gendarme arrived.couldn't give a damn about saying good morning or who he was.even though neighbour in the wrong gendarme took his side.they seem to be unaware that under EU rules that they are responsible for protecting EU citizens too.they couldn't give a damn .even insulted me. When I tried to explain that the local gendarmerie had given these neighbours a warning the gendarme from bagnols said \I don't give a damn about what the lieutenant said\. Not professional an no respect for colleagues.
