5/5 WITHOUT A DOUBT! My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment about 8 months ago. I don't have a single complaint. It is a peaceful neighborhood and everyone is awesome. Mari, the manager, is like no other. She is there every time you need her. Maintenance is also a great. Any time you need something, they do it immediately. ALSO, they are dog friendly! This is the best place.

Hi we recently moved in to waterways village all I can say my move in experience was awesome Anthony the manager is so nice and accommodating. I love living where I am because it’s very quiet, safe people are nice there’s a walkway where the marina is and pet friendly which is great for me and my fur babies.
Absolutely love being a resident at waterways! Such a pleasant community. The service is amazing and staff is so easily accessible! Whenever you have any questions they are always eager and happy to help. The community is always clean and presentable so happy to live here and will continue to for many years to come! If planning to rent here do not hesitate to do so! 10000% recommend!

That apartment should be the best place I have ever stayed, beautiful environment, the gym and swimming pool all pretty clean, the neighborhood all very friendly. Moreover, the apartment staffs all very professional, Ismael the Leasing Sales Consultant and Steve the apartment administrator help me a lot when I first come to this place. That is a absolutely perfect place for people living!
