We definitely shopped around, in Austin and in NYC NJ where I am from for the type of ring my fiancée wanted. Joseph over delivered with quality, courtesy, great service and value. The ring designed by Joseph was absolutely stunning. We could not find this kind of beauty for the cost anywhere. Ill catch my fiancée looking at the ring randomly throughout the day because it is literally that gorgeous. I have a solitaire engagement ring with a high setting. So, as expected, I have to be careful that it does not get caught on anything. One of my prongs was slightly bent so I went in to see Joseph to get an estimate on pricing for a it to be repaired. During our meeting he was able to bend back the prong into place by hand and at no charge. Joseph was very personable, professional and knowledgable. He gave great insight on how I can have my ring altered in the future to avoid any further damage. I also tried on a few wedding bands while I was there to see which type would look best with my ring--they have beautiful jewelry! I would recommend Villarreal Fine Jewelry to anyone!
