The appointment went great. the follow up no so much. called several times left messages. message said they would call back with in 24 hours. that was 3 weeks ago. need to get the medicine changed, called again, left message, would call back, oh and use our web page. still waiting.

In the 6 years my husband has been there, the revolving door of providers makes for inconsistent care. Getting prescriptions refilled is always a hassle. They ask you to schedule appointments 6 months ahead yet they ALWAYS need you to do a last-minute reschedule. Really - every single time! However, when my husband needed to cancel or reschedule due to recovering from emergency surgery, we couldn't get a human and left a detailed message - days ahead of the appointment. He got a call back saying \we understand you had surgery and need to cancel. Please call us back to reschedule when you can.\ He wasn't able to call back until his appointment date and they are charging him a missed appointment fee, saying he did not inform them. New doctor time!
