I want to start off by thanking Carlos and Joseph for the smoothest and most pleasant experience I’ve had in a dealership. I was on the phone with Carlos Friday and walked out with a car Saturday. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED!! We took our GMC Sierra here on Tuesday 12/15 to get maintenance done to it. We gave them the okay to get all that was recommended done for 5,000 dollars and picked the truck up on Friday 12/18. The same day, while driving it for only the second time since we picked it up, it broke down in the middle of the freeway on 183 with the flow of traffic being 70 mph. We went to check under the hood before the tow truck came, and it looked as if red fluid exploded everywhere, and a pile of red fluid was underneath the truck. We had to get a tow truck to take it back to the dealership, which they would not look at it until Monday. Due to the service technicians' negligence of leaving the clamp out of the hose, they have permanently done damage to the truck. However, the only thing they did to fix the issue was to drain the remaining fluid, put more in, and call it a day. We no longer felt comfortable driving the truck since it broke down right after spending a lot of money getting maintenance done on it. We were also told that the technician we had was one of their \best\ guys, so that is kind of worrisome. If you think just putting a bandaid over something that they caused is good enough for you, then by all means take your car/truck here to get maintenance done. We didn't have a truck from 12/18 to 1/4. That is 3 weeks of making a truck payment but having no truck. Supposedly, GM was closed until the 4th for them to find out if they can offer us anything. We are still waiting on the reimbursement for the tow truck.. three weeks later.
