Community is decent, however the gates have been broken for months and management claims it’ll be fixed soon but it remains broken forcing everyone in the community to use one number pad to open the gates, during a time when the world is trying to limit exposure to common surfaces due to COVID Bexley continues to pigeon hole the hundreds of people That live here into touching the same surfaces everyday to enter their homes and access packages. If it was a week or two I’d understand but this has been an issue since shortly after I moved in nearly 6 months ago and still the only answer we get is “soon”. Yards are okay unless you get one like mine that has two drainage pipes that dump into it creating a small lake every time we get a drizzle which also floats the mulch and dirt from the gardens all into the grass. Bright spots are the maintenance team who are prompt and courteous and the location is dark and quiet which is nice in the evenings.

Today I was give an amazing tour of the property by a lovely young lady Amanda. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the wonderful amenities of the complex. She took her time and asked me all the right questions but more important she addressed all my concerns.

I moved to Bexley couple of weeks ago. Entire complex is well kept. Amenities are great! Response to any maintenance issue is pretty impressive. I haven't had any serious problems so far. Staff is very friendly and answers to any queries. I highly recommend this complex.

This is the BEST apartment community I have ever lived in! It’s clean and well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are professional and respond promptly to concerns. They are excellent at reaching out to residents to keep them informed! I highly recommend this Weinstein property!

I enjoy living at this community. The clubhouse is being remodeled, and I can’t wait to see it and work from there. The office staff is very nice and maintenance is quick fixing things.
