Has everything timber and joinery related plus much more. Cutting service is good, staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive, can be cheaper than the \big shed\ places on some things, which you can check online. My only complaint (hence 4stars) would be that you can be waiting a while to be served at certain times. Could do with more staff on Saturdays.

I can really recommend Atlantic Timber. The timber supplied was of excellent quality, packaged really well and good value for money. The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. They promptly sorted out a problem with my order which turned out to be my mistake (apologies)! Thank you very much, a first class service.
Awful customer service. They wont call you back even when a product is faulty. They hide behind emails. Really disappointing considering i spent over 200 with them. Ive emailed and called but they cant be bothered. Pay your money but take your chance. This company will not look after you. I ve gave them 10 days ... nothing.. hence this review.
I went today for the first time and it was really slow. I go to other timber merchants and I can be in and out in a matter of minutes with lots of materials. It's not suited for trade. After purchasing the wood I had to wait for 15-minutes at the workshop to wait for someone to pick up the wood, nobody was there, I had to go and beg another staff member to help. A really frustrating experience I will never return. I recommend imperial timber in old Trafford. They are really fast and efficient and loads of guys in the yard to carry to your van.
