My wife and I are long time customers here. There are several reviews through the years that reflect purchases... all of which are positive. Time has moved on and our first sales person is now a manger there, our second sales person moved to another company, so we were in need of a new helper. I have always like Duffy and he's a super personable, and likable, person. So, I asked him to help us out when an allocation came open to us. I know remote deals are quite common now, but we have always dealt in person with our Porsche deals. Now, we live in Michigan and I really didn't want to drive our new ride 700 miles, a lot of which would be through salt and snow this time of year. So, Duffy had to take care of everything remotely... getting the paint protection installed, arrange for shipping of the car, and get a list of items I had asked to ship with the car. From the initial order process, until after physical delivery of the car... everything was taken care of flawlessly. Shipping was enclosed to protect the ride. And, I promise you can't beat the deal for transport that he gave me. You can tell they do a lot of transport business now, because rates with other vehicle transports I've done in the past were much more expensive. There is no dealership like Porsche Atlanta Perimeter (or Jim Ellis Porsche for the olden days). And, if you're looking for possibly the nicest fellow to ever sell a vehicle, Duffy is your guy. He's also quite the enthusiast himself, with a 987 Spyder. I attached a pic of the car safe and sound right after the delivery driver pulled her off the truck and in the garage. Mission accomplished!

Work was done correctly and promptly, after they got started that is. I still don't like that I have to bring my vehicle in 3 or 4 days early. I get it, it's better for them but why not just let us make an appt for three days later? I could see bringing it the night before perhaps, but letting it sit for that long irritates me. And the factory dealer is not inexpensive. All in all, though, I trust that it is done right, and Sergei is always nice to deal with.

Jamal and the parts department staff are stellar beyond words!! As a new Porsche owner, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a level of thoroughness that is seldom found in any dealership. Jamal was so incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and while they were not in stock, he ordered them, and they arrived exactly when promised. I didn't even have to make a phone call to see if they were ready for pickup. He called me. Rest assured that if he is there to assist, you will be in the best of hands.
