Jack came for the initial quote, then Mark for the measurements several days later, then one week later they installed my granite. Alex and partner did a wonderful job! I just can't believe that this is my kitchen. Very hardworking and wonderful work. My granite is amazing. Thank you!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Granite Depot/Waynesville. We had never purchased a granite top before and our sales rep, Jeannia, explained the process in detail, showed us samples throughout the showroom and yard, and met every deadline, as discussed, and our install was actually a week early! The installers did a great job on their end and the granite looks spectacular in the kitchen. What a great experience, and affordable!

My much better half had a desire for a new vanity counter top, either granite or quartz. We first looked at Lowe's in Franklin to no avail: too small of a job! WHAT? I literally spend THOUSANDS of dollars in THAT store and this is the answer I get. I then checked with a couple of other local granite stores and the selection was just not there. We then went to Granite Depot and met Jeannia. Problem reference selection was solved, in fact, TOO much to select from! Once the selection was made, Mark came within a few days and took the measurements. Within 10 or so days we received a phone call that the order would be ready to be installed on a certain day, in the afternoon. VOILA, the 3 person, all very personable crew, showed up, and in short order, had it installed. It looks great, the service was great and the price was reasonable (FREE would be great lol)! I would recommend to friends and family, and heck, why not, a few enemies, too...ANOTHER lol.

Great experience with Granite Depot! I worked with Jeannia who was so personable, friendly and easy to work with. She even helped me pick out my granite using FaceTime, since I couldn’t get to the showroom due to weather. After I made my selection, Mark came out to template and remove my old counters. He was so focused and professional. I was told granite would be ready in approximately 10 business days and it only took about a week. Jeannia called to tell me counters were ready on Friday and Alex (and his partner) came to install them the following Monday! Everyone at Granite Depot was so polite and took pride in their work. I am beyond pleased! Love my new counters and so happy I used Granite Depot (Waynesville).
