I went in expecting to walk out angry. For severe fibro a lot of doctors say to exercise or other mundane \solutions\ to alleviate pain. I've already tried more things than I can count and unfortunately pain meds seem to be the only thing that helps have a somewhat normal life. Brian Cooper was extremely awesome! Although he'd like to stay away from pain meds as a solution he wasn't apposed for at least temporary relief, and for the first time in several years he took an approach no others have by questioning the fibro, and seems to truly want to help find root cause of my issues vs the \stamp on my head\ of fibro, here's pills, move along, next patient please. I walked out feeling like someone finally gives a hoot and truly wants to help me. Reception and assistants were very friendly and made me feel comfortable as well. In summary, thanks to Mr. Cooper for taking the time with me, listening, and seeming to really want to help me vs my anticipated concept of I'd be just another # coming in! I can't come up with a single negative thing to say about the clinic in whole!

I have been going to Mt. Baker Pain Clinic for years. Everyone there is very professional and caring. The receptionist Kelly is very friendly and runs the office efficiently. She greets me with a smile and makes sure my future appointments are scheduled. Dr. Nowlin takes the time to listen to me and doesn't rush through my appointments. Really appreciates the care they all provide me. Phyllis.

The receptionist at the front desk is rude, lacks people skills and is less than professional. I called after a televisit to set up my next appointment. As I was asking questions she would interrupt me, talk over me and would not listen to what I was attempting to find out. She was even wondering why I was getting upset and didn't seem to accept her inability to listen. In the end she said \she didn't need this\ and hung up on me. This is the eceptionist\? To me hanging up is a slap in the face. Especially from the one person who is supposed to be able to work with the public. On the other hand, my doctor there is patient, listens and explains things well.

Your receptionist is unbelievably rude and needs to find a job not in customer service. Accompanied my grandmother here. I’ve never been turned away from an appointment when you are 8 minutes early because the nurse needed time to do your paperwork before your appointment started. Unbelievable.
