Wow, what brilliant customer service I had today. The service department really put in huge effort to fix an issue with my car in record time. My road trip holiday Would have been cancelled if these guys hadn’t been so good. Thanks to all of you at Porsche Antibes. Brilliant customer service and such friendly nice people.

Whilst holidaying with my 2012 Boxster S an intermittent electrical fault developed whereby the ignition key could not be removed from the dashboard and once the engine had stopped it could to be re-started. \David\ put my car on the Porsche diagnostic tester and advised me that the car should not be driven and should be re-patriated. There were too many faults on the car and his English wasn't good enough to tell me what any of the faults were. Also that they would not be in a position to make repairs to the car until 17th May! I contacted my local Porsche Centre Reading in England who accessed the diagnostic system and diagnosed the fault a a faulty \Terminal 15 Relay\. Porsche Assist were unable to procure the relay for me to install because this would \invalidate my warranty\. I was able to purchase an appropriate relay from \Norauto\ in Mandelieu la Napoule for under six euros and instal myself!! The car performed perfectly thereafter. Readers must draw their own conclusions regarding Porsche Assist and the service received from Centre Porsche.

Le Monsieur du service pièces détachées est super. Très bon accueil, même pour un miroir de rétroviseur et avec la pose ! Le service Haut de gamme, un show room spectaculaire, le top. Le client est très bien reçu même si on a une occasion.
