Great deals and great pretzels. Never dry always fresh and delicious. If you take a survey they give you a free pretzel. If you download the app and buy one thing they give you a pretzel. Highly recommend. Thanks to the manager who stood up to the “Karen” who cut in front of us. Will be back!

Nice little pretzel shop in the mall. I have been coming here for years and I have never felt dissatisfied about the service or the quality of the food and pretzels. The pretzels are always yummy and delicious. I really wish I myself personally knew how to make as good pretzels as they do. Will keep on coming back in the future.

I've never been all that big on pretzels but the staff in ann arbor are absolutely amazing. The pretzels are fresh everytime, I have become a loyal customer because of the hard work and the warmth of the staff. Linda and Deb, I'm pretty sure I have their names right, are so efficient and friendly. No better place for a pretzel in my opinion, and I'm a tough critic!!!

BURNT!!!!!! The ladys seemed to be arguing when walking up the pretzel were burnt and they taste just like a bagel they arent good will not return horrible business
