We bought an outdoor patio furniture with couch, chairs, coffee table, end table, and fire pit one year ago. Our fire pit stopped working earlier this month, we contacted them mid-July and they came out to evaluate the fire pit. The valve was broken and were notified that they will not fix the problem because we are 6 days past our one year warranty. The manufacturer also does not have replace parts. We will not be purchasing from Allstate in the future due to their poor customer service and quality of items. After posting my review, Allstate called and paid to have someone come out and fix our firepit. We appreciate their commitment to standing by their product and fixing this situation.
