I love Grammas, period. When I order, the food is always hot, fresh, and good. Not once have they messed up my order. However some staff are not friendly over the phone. Sometimes that comes with the territory and I can set it aside because it doesn't affect the outcome of my order.

First time trying Grammas Pizza. Very tasty pizza & loved the crust. Lots of great “make good own” topping options.
I love grammas pizza but I will NEVER EVER go to this one again. They made our pizza wrong and then refused to remake it and got loud and rude with us and called us a liar saying it was right and that there isn’t onions on the pizza then we showed her the onions and she proceeded to tell us to get over it cuz she’s not remaking the pizza even tho my fiancé is highly allergic to them. I’m so disappointed with how we were treated here. I looked forward to this pizza all day. Man I’m so disappointed in the disrespect.
Update 11/31/18. They have updated to a very stylish setting. However the food has changed. The hoagies are small and not as near good as before. This Grammas Pizza was one of the 1st they started years ago. The owners are very seldom on site now and the employees dont take the same pride in their work. If you don't eat in beware! You may get good food, burnt or just horrible when taken out....you take your chances...really! Last couple take out orders was so burnt couldnt eat so I had to take back. When returned the last order the guy at the counter said \It was burnt because we was busy\....really? So are you to ask when slow? Very inconsistent. Order out? Make sure you check your order before you leave. We have not ordered delivery in years due to the extremely slow delivery time and the pizza arriving cold. If the above isnt bad enough .... Don't be shocked when you call in your order. 9 times out of 10 they will put you on hold. I've witnessed while there them putting people on hold for no reason and walking away ...only returning after a few minutes and take the order. So sad for what was the best around.
