We only have one basement window that we wanted to replace with glass block. Bruce was very responsive throughout the process and our new window looks great. Price was good. I was worried because it was such a small job that the price was going to be a little higher, but it was very reasonable! Installation was very quick, no mess left behind. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called Bruce Wed. afternoon,he said send me a picture I'll give an estimate. I was getting only one window. Gave me an estimate right away. He had a small opening Thurs. morning. He came over at 11 and finished by 11:30. Excellent job!!We were so impressed we called back to have all basement windows replaced. Affordable price! I would recommend this business to everyone!
Was very satisfied with the work that was done to replace a few standard basement windows. Job was beautifully done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Workers were polite and courteous and respectful of property. Would HIGHLY recommend.

In the world we live in today, it only makes sense to use text/email to communicate estimates and scheduling. It's convenient for both and you don't get a slimeball salesman bullsh&%ing you and wasting your time for no reason, like a Cleveland company does. Bruce put in a long day, but finished all the work on the old house and it looks great. He's prompt, clean and professional and the work was done within 2 weeks of contacting him.
